App License
This page describes the license for the distributed VeinTrack app. Any source code license is separate and applies only to that repository.
App use
VeinTrack may be used for personal tracking, reminders, reports, and related record keeping. The app is intended to remain free to use, with optional support options that do not unlock features or change app behavior.
No medical advice
VeinTrack is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a clinician. Users remain responsible for decisions made with or without information from the app. If symptoms are concerning, changing, or urgent, contact an appropriate health professional or emergency service.
Free app and payment safety
VeinTrack is free to use. The only legitimate payments are optional in-app support purchases through Apple's App Store system. They never unlock features. If anyone asks you to pay outside the app or App Store flow, treat it as a scam and report it.
Availability and changes
Duck Code may update, modify, remove, or discontinue app features over time. Beta versions may contain incomplete features or bugs.
Warranties
Unless required by law, VeinTrack is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
Liability
Unless required by law, Duck Code is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
Restrictions
Users may not resell the distributed app, misrepresent it as their own product, or use the VeinTrack name, icon, or branding in a confusing way without permission.
